Job Summary:
As a General Manager for Ridgeline/ Rooflab, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. This includes managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leading a team of professionals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the company's profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality in roofing services. Manager will be heavily involved in growing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage sales team daily.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
-Help train sales reps
-Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff including project managers & roofers
- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee the estimation process and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
- Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
-Strong Roofing Sales experience.
- Proven experience in a management role within the roofing or construction industry.
