Job Purpose: 

The E80 Warehouse Supervisor assists in running a large cGMP warehouse for pharmaceutical manufacturing. They are responsible for warehouse operations including overseeing receipt and storage of all inbound goods and manufactured product, staff training, and inter-department communication when the Manager is not present. 

Qualified individuals must have an exceptional understanding of Inventory Management Systems and Warehouse Management process.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be able to perform duties of E80 Warehouse Operator.

• Supervise E80 Warehouse Operators and Leads.

• Ensures that staff are up to date on necessary training.

• Ensures warehouse procedures are followed.

• Review warehouse procedures for continuous improvement.

• Monitor inventory of production components and supplies and ensure inventory is correct.

• Performs quarterly inventory of production components.

• Mastery of ERP system, E80 Client, and NetSuite.

• Monitor Finished Good and Works in Progress (WIP) inventory as required or necessary.

• Assist Warehouse Manager with discipline as needed.

• Monitor the warehouse Electronic Log Books for completion and issues. 

• Monitor fleet of automated forklifts (LGV).

• Work with Maintenance staff for LGV and general warehouse repairs.

• Communicate with the E80 Helpdesk and E80 representatives to troubleshoot LGV operations. 

• Assists Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations as needed.

• Assists Primary and Secondary Packaging with operations related to warehouse responsibilities.

• Assists with receiving and transfer of Resin.

• Operate pallet jack and forklift.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of work area and warehouse.

• Provide daily passdown to Warehouse Manager.

Supplemental Functions: 

· Operation of Nephron vehicles as needed or required.

· Assist with Receiving Warehouse and Resin operations as needed or required.

  • Performs other similar duties as required

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Familiar with warehouse inventory and LGV      management systems.
  • Experience in forklift operation and minor      repairs. 
  • Experience in general production equipment      repairs a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures.
  • Computer skills required including Microsoft Word      and Excel. ERP Systems, E80 Client,      and NetSuite a plus. 
  • Specific expertise, skills and knowledge within      warehousing gained through education and experience. 
  • The ability to manage a multitude of resources      and to be accurate and current with data and information. 
  • The ability and willingness to change direction      and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands. 
  • The ability to create and contribute to an      environment that values people, encourages trust, teamwork, and open      communication, and provides participation, learning, feedback and      recognition. 
  • The ability to effectively manage oneself,      demonstrates integrity, be productive under pressure, and achieve      development goals.
  • The individual will demonstrate excellent written      and oral communication skills.

Education/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Background in warehousing and inventory management      preferred

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires bending, typing, lifting      (up to 40 1bs.), standing, sitting, hearing, reaching, vision (20/20) and      walking throughout the facility.
  • Requires      operation of pallet jacks, driving forklifts, and driving box truck
