Job Summary
Estimate costs of potential or existing customer’s specifications/expectations and arriving at conclusions of construction type and accurate costs.
Job Responsibilities
· Provide Sales with detailed descriptions of quoted signage, noting any deviations from customer specifications or potential issues.
· Provide technical support to Sales Teams regarding signage manufacturing and installations.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance department accuracy and efficiency.
· Ensure timely delivery of quotations to the Sales team.
· Support the development and maintenance of estimating systems (software and workflows), and communicate updates to relevant departments.
· Develop construction criteria and value engineering strategies for signage programs.
· Collaborate with estimating and project managers to review and improve low-margin products.
· Communicate updates in production methods and procedures to the appropriate teams.
· Participate in product redevelopment efforts to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Education and Experience
· Basic or General Mathematic Skills
· Knowledge of Construction/Fabrication is preferred but not required
· 1-2 years estimating experience preferred, but will train qualified candidate

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
