We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media efforts—someone with a deep pulse on culture, content, and community. This person will set the strategy, own the content calendar, and bring our brand to life through thumb-stopping, shareable content that resonates with our digitally native, wellness-driven audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Crisp & Green’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Oversee and manage the content calendar from concept through posting
  • Produce and edit short-form video and photo content optimized for social media
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and field marketing teams to bring campaigns to life in culturally relevant ways
  • Serve as the voice of the brand online—engaging with our community, responding to DMs/comments, and nurturing relationships with brand fans
  • Analyze performance across platforms and apply insights to evolve content direction, grow reach, and deepen engagement
  • Identify trends, creators, and cultural moments to inform real-time social activations and always-on content
  • Maintain brand consistency across social storytelling, visual assets, and tone

  • Passionate about wellness, food, and lifestyle—and how culture shapes what consumers care about
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience leading social media strategy and content creation for a national lifestyle, fitness, wellness, or premium restaurant brand
  • A strong portfolio or social handle that showcases your creative skill set, ability to build a brand and grow a community
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and mobile editing tools like CapCut or InShot
  • Experience working with influencers or creators a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends)as needed for live coverage or event support
Salary Description
$80,000 - $90,000
