Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Client Services Coordinator/Administrative

assistant to serve as a vital link between our practitioner clients and internal teams. This role

ensures a smooth, professional experience from order placement to fulfillment, while supporting

our commitment to high-quality service and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and fax

? Process custom product orders with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

? Communicate with internal departments (production, quality, sales, shipping) to coordinate fulfillment and resolve issues.

? Educate clients on our product capabilities, ordering process, and timelines.

? Maintain detailed client records and manage ongoing communication to support account growth and satisfaction.

? Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and follow-ups as needed.

? Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest process enhancements.

? Administrative support in various departments

  • Provide support to Sales Team

Requirements

Qualifications:

? 3+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support (nutraceutical, or

health-related industry a plus).

? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially in a professional

healthcare setting.

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based

communication tools.

? Knowledge of supplement manufacturing, GMP standards, or practitioner-based

models is highly desirable.

Salary Description
$25.00 per hour
