Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults across clinic and school-based settings. The therapist will work within a collaborative care model alongside medical providers, care coordinators, community health workers, and school partners to support whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and (as needed) family therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, adjustment issues, or chronic stress
- Conduct culturally responsive diagnostic assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations and team meetings
- Deliver services in both clinic-based and school-based settings; may include telehealth
- Engage in ongoing training and supervision for licensure, evidence-based practices, and cultural humility
- Support warm hand-offs and integrated care with medical, dental, and community health staff
- Degree and license in a mental health field (or working towards it)
- Clinical experience with youth, adults, or families
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
