What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth across all SPL energy service lines;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic sales efforts;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on hydrocarbon measurement and lab analytical services;
- Act as the subject matter expert on SPL services, with a deep understanding of competitive landscape and customer needs;
- Work cross-functionally with Lab Managers, Operations, Executives, and Marketing to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Manage sales transitions and oversee seamless project handoffs to Project Managers and Regional Leaders;
- Develop strategies to grow revenue & EBITDA for designated product lines;
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) for tracking activities, pipeline development, and forecasting;
- Present tailored proposals and support service agreement reviews;
- Travel regularly within your region to meet clients and prospects face-to-face;
- Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required;
- Professional selling certification is a plus;
- 5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in oil & gas industry;
- 3–5 years of direct sales experience in hydrocarbon measurement and/or lab testing services;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to build trust and close deals at both the field and executive level;
- Technically savvy and comfortable navigating complex client challenges;
- CRM proficiency, especially with Salesforce.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print
- Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule;
- Flexibility to work outside of regularly scheduled hours to meet deadlines and business needs;
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally for regional & industry events required;
- Ability to travel daily by car within assigned territory, including sitting for extended periods as required for frequent job-related travel.
