What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

• Present and close comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures and communicate value with confidence
• Drive case acceptance and office production goals
• Coordinate financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
• Support insurance breakdowns (PPO, INN/OON) and billing workflows
• Assist with AR follow-up and collections
• Collaborate closely with doctors to ensure a seamless patient experience

You are:

Qualification:

• 2+ years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (REQUIRED)
• Proven track record of case acceptance & closing treatment
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures & patient education
• Experience with PPO / In-Network & Out-of-Network insurance
• Familiar with financing platforms (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)
• Experience with Open Dental (preferred) and Google Suite
