Sales Support Specialist

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-savvy Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in enabling our sales organization and helping drive growth. You’ll be the central connection between our sales team, manufacturer rep agencies, customer service, and external customers, ensuring everything from CRM data to pricing programs and training materials run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
You won’t just be checking boxes, you’ll be making a real impact by enabling our reps, supporting strategic initiatives, and keeping everything (and everyone) moving in the right direction.
Sales Strategy & Rep Agency Support
- Partner with our VP of Sales FG to execute sales enablement strategies that align with company goals
- Manage Manufacturer Rep Groups helping with field visits and training sessions.
- Manage our CRM tool (HubSpot), ensuring opportunities are tracked and data is clean and actionable
- Create and distribute monthly dashboards and sales performance reports
- Handle sample requests, rep onboarding, and agency related training coordination
Distributor & Customer Engagement
- Support onboarding of new customers with welcome kits and product education
- Help identify key distributor targets and create strategies to deepen relationships
- Deliver product training materials and assist in large-scale field training initiatives
Contracts, Pricing & Rebates
- Manage rebate and pricing programs with precision
- Oversee contract execution and ensure alignment with distributor and buying group agreements
- Coordinate pricing updates and price list distribution in partnership with IT
Event & Tradeshow Planning
- Plan and execute offsite meetings, tradeshows, and conferences in collaboration with our Marketing team
- Support internal training events in Milwaukee and in the field
CRM & Analytics
- Serve as a HubSpot champion—track deals, vet volumes, and guide the sales process through every stage
- Monitor data for accuracy and identify trends that inform future sales strategies
Who You Are:
Skills & Strengths
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM systems, and data reporting
Experience & Education
- 3+ years in sales support, sales enablement, or executive admin roles
- Event or tradeshow coordination experience
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Sales and/or marketing experience is a big plus
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
