We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to lead and support enterprise-level change initiatives across IT and business environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of change management principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts to support large-scale organizational, process, and technology transitions.
  • Facilitate impact assessments, develop change strategies, and implement plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Configuration Control Boards (CCB), driving timely and effective decision-making.
  • Oversee and maintain documentation related to change activities, including change requests, release plans, communication plans, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of change management with configuration management and release planning.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute communication and training plans to support awareness and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in change management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert for change management.
Requirements

  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7–10 years of experience in change management, process improvement, or IT service delivery.
    • Proven track record supporting enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of configuration management, release planning, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Hands-on experience managing CAB/CCB processes and conducting impact assessments.
    • Proficient in developing documentation and managing change control processes in complex environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving technical and organizational outcomes.
