Summary: Perform data entry, produce correspondence, communicate with donors via telephone and email both inbound and outbound, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- *Process donations received in various formats, including electronic data files, paper checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers.
- *Perform data entry of donor information into CRM databases.
- *Update and maintain a confidential database of donor information.
- *Provide excellent customer service. Serve as primary contact for donor correspondence, by resolving inquiries relating to donor accounts promptly and courteously to obtain donor data updates or to remind donors of outstanding pledges.
- *Collaborate with other staff members to create and maintain a system-wide integration of data.
- *As part of the Stewardship and Development team, communicate with donors, parishioners, clergy, co-workers and other constituents in a caring and respectful manner in all instances, in furthering the relationship of the persons with the Archdiocese of San Antonio, Hope for the Future, and the Department of Stewardship & Development itself.
- *File paper donation records in filing boxes.
- Provide administrative and donor services support as needed.
- Prepare and configure event management software (e.g., ticketing, registration, seating, and check-in tools) to support successful execution of fundraising events.
- Provide support in the check-in and check-out process at major fundraising events
- Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis and taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.
- Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Data Entry and/or Donor Services/Fundraising, or customer service, including making and answering donor or customer phone calls.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
License and Credentials
- Reliable transportation
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with computer software and Windows/Microsoft Office Applications; Blackbaud Raisers Edge preferred;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
- Must have good written and verbal skills;
- Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel requirements for the position includes 1% local and 0% overnight.
