Description

As a Client Engagement Representative/Retention your main responsibility is to retain clients that are requesting termination of services. This role is local to Lehi, Utah and works a hybrid schedule.  


 

What will I need to thrive in this role? 

  • At least 4 years of experience in a retention or sales environment. 
  • Experience in dispute resolution and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong computer skills and attention to detail with accurate reporting. 
  • Tech Savvy with an understanding of medical practice needs. 
Requirements
  •  Extremely adaptable to change and a team player. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. 
  • High energy drive and sense of responsibility and urgency. 
  • Previous experience with Salesforce. 
  • Possess the ability to quickly identify and relate with clients on a personal level. 
  • The ability to discover underlining reasons for the request to cancel and to overcome objections to resolve concern. 
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and quotas in a performance-based compensation structure.

Where is this role physically located? 

This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Lehi, Utah. Those located within a 50-mile radius of our corporate headquarters operate on a hybrid work schedule.

  • A Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager 
  • A Zoom interview with the Department Director
