Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and treatment planning
- Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment.
- Participate in an integrated healthcare network to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work side-by-side with medical and behavioral health professionals
- Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services.
- Engage in consultation groups emphasizing evidence-based practices (EMDR)
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (LISW, LPCC, LICDC required)
- Supervisor designation is strongly preferred but not required
- Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorders
