Job Purpose: Machine Operators, Cleaner & Maintenance are responsible for operating assigned machinery, including pulling, inspecting and hanging plastic fishing lures as the bait generated and expelled from the machine molds, attain an operational, safe and productive shift, which is not limited to cleaning around production lines and debris from buckets, and operating production machines.
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm CST
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm CST
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am CST
Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for recognizing visible flaws or defects in lures (ex. color, shape and size).
- Operator is required to remain standing and monitoring each assigned machine during entirety of 8 hr. work shift
- Practice safe and cautious measures when using oil on machine molds to prevent damage to products.
- Assist with other duties deemed necessary as instructed by active supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clear walking space around machine
- Ensure equipment is free of materials which could damage or cause shift disturbance.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous machine operation is preferred.
