Position Summary: The Pastry Cook must be able to bake and decorate products as listed on the bakery inventory list, make sure all products are prepped and cooked/baked properly, taste product, mix product correctly and accurately, be sure all products are properly stored at the end of each day, fill out bakery inventory sheet daily, maintain product par, load vans with your product, clean. Has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices.
