About the Role

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. Your industry knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will help us maintain the high level of service we are known for.


Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and providing timely, proactive communication.

· Support the financial advisory team with administrative tasks, such as preparing meetings, preparing documents, and managing client records.

· Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive transition.

· Help plan and execute client events, ensuring details are handled with care to create memorable experiences.

· Outgoing communication: Assist the team with account maintenance and updates, which will include communicating with clients, third parties, such as accountants, attorneys, insurance companies, 529 companies, etc.

· Support marketing efforts by assisting with client communications, newsletters, social media, and other outreach initiatives.

· Collaborate with team members to actively improve client service processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES

The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of financial services experience (preferably with Charles Schwab and/or an RIA firm)
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center a plus
  • A friendly, people-oriented personality with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with great follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, always looking to systematize, organize, and improve.
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/independent environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM technologies, and an eagerness to learn new technologies in the wealth management space.

Education And/Or Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience required.

Preferred - Licenses, Registrations

  • FINRA Licensed 7, 66 or 63 (or willingness to attain) preferred
