The Plant Supervisor will monitor all production operations and resources to achieve customer satisfaction with respects to core value, quality, and on-time deliveries. This position will assist in achieving innovative productivity, economic goals, safety policies, quality controls, and all other production related activities. The right person will need to be interactive with the entire team and be on the floor at any given moment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations.
• Must be able to work with the Plant Manager as well as other team members.
• Customer service background is needed to work with builders.
• Coordinate plant activities.
• Communicate and delegate job expectations and duties to associates.
• Monitors daily production and knows how each piece of equipment works in an emergency.
• Ensures all Quality Assurance and Safety policies and procedures are being enforced and followed.
• Coach and counsel, and discipline employees as deemed necessary.
• Revise schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow of production.
• Tracking and maintain inventory.
• Schedules inbound and outbound freight.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience within a production environment, required.
• Maintenance background is preferred.
