Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing accurate and competitive cost estimates. This position will collaborate closely with our sales and other departments to deliver reliable and comprehensive estimates that meet the unique needs of our clients and adhere to our company’s high standards of quality and service.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

· Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner

· Must be able to multitask and possess good communications skills

· Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints

· Computer literate with specialized skills in CAD programs

· High detail oriented and have excellent follow-through skills

· High math aptitude with knowledge of trigonometry

· Previous construction experience, preferably in the post frame industry

· Ability to interface with suppliers, crews, dealers, and personnel

· Read and interpret engineered drawings

· Other duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities

· Be proficient with Google Sketch-up, Excel, and other software used by department

· Prepare drawings, material listing, data entry, data entry double checks, and material listing double checks.

· Interface with sales, dealers, purchasing, production, shipping and administrative departments as required
