Job Summary: This position will be responsible for upholding all Safety and Quality standards set forth by the company. This person must be able to multitask and work in adverse conditions. This person must be familiar with Labor Laws and Food Safety and Sanitation Standards related to food safety.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the warehouse for a specific area and/or time frame.
- Coordinate schedule with staff to ensure warehouse productivity.
- Supervise and ensure that employees are working safely.
- Coordinate all training for the area and /or departments.
- Assure that material is provided to production in a timely manner.
- Assure that forklift and warehouse equipment is working properly and safely.
- Bring forth new ideas regarding the Warehouse Department.
- Promote company policy and philosophy.
- Communicate with Production on a daily basis to assure accuracy in product use and product received, and report any discrepancies to the Production Coordinator.
- Ensure quality based on company standards.
- Ensure all productivity within the department.
- Review timecards for accuracy, coordinate vacation, and turn in all employee attendance and punctuality reports to the Human Resource Department.
- Evaluate employees and ensure that food safety practices are being followed and that the Warehouse is clean and organized.
- May be assigned other work as deemed necessary.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 1 year of Food Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 year of previous production experience is a plus
- Flexible/Weekly changing schedule/weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Walk on uneven ground and wet or slippery floors
- Twisting, turning, kneeling, stooping and bending most of the day
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to spices (allergens), including but not limited to soy and wheat
- Exposure to high noise levels and high heat environment
PPE - Slip resistant shoes, hair and beard net, safety glasses and ear plugs are required in the food manufacturing work areas, gloves are recommended.
Schedule: 2nd Shift (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
