Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

• Must be a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APC, AMFT
• Priority will be given to candidates who have at least 4 years of experience
• Associate licensures will be considered
• Preference will be given to candidates who are able to see couples or kids

Mental Health Therapist Compensation:

• $66,000-$78,000 estimated salary (55-65% fee split)
• Compensation is dependent on education/experience

Mental Health Therapist Benefits:

• 1099

Mental Health Therapist Schedule:

• Minimum of 10 clients a week – max of 35
• Hybrid workplace - on-site and remote

As part of our clinical team, you would:·

• Provide therapy and assessment services in a private, outpatient, group practice
• Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients
• Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community
• Be joining a cohesive, energetic, and fun professional team atmosphere
