Position Summary:


As a Sales Consultant at Mainely Tubs, your primary responsibility is to bring leads into the showroom, deliver impactful presentations, and close sales. You will leverage your product knowledge, exceptional lead-follow-up, and closing skills to convert potential customers into satisfied buyers. This is a high-impact role where your ability to follow through with leads, provide tailored recommendations, and ultimately close deals will directly contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise & Customer Guidance: Use your expertise to educate customers and guide them toward the perfect hot tub, swim spa or sauna for their needs.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Proactively follow up on all inbound leads from various sources—showroom visitors, phone inquiries, email contacts, and website-generated leads.
  • Effective Presentations & Closing Sales: Use your expert sales techniques to turn showroom visits into successful transactions.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Your ability to convert leads, close sales, and maintain high customer satisfaction will be critical in achieving company goals
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot CRM to track, manage, and engage leads.


Requirements
  • Sales Experience: At least five years of proven success in sales in a retail environment, with experience selling luxury or big-ticket items.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: The ability to clearly present, explain, and demonstrate product features in person and over the phone while addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Proven Lead Follow-Up & Closing Abilities: You should have a track record of successfully following up on leads and effectively closing sales, delivering results with both inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, to track and manage leads and to ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to work in different locations and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
