We are launching a new high-growth business line within a well-backed and experienced organization, and we're hiring a driven, ambitious Account Executive to help build it from the ground up. What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and email
- Run virtual demos and consultative discovery sessions
- Respond quickly to inbound interest and leads
- Draft and present customized proposals
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to iterate on scripts, strategies, and processes
- Support onboarding handoffs and ensure a strong client start

- Access to a large volume of high-quality leads
- Inbound traffic from an SEO-optimized, high-investment website
- Participation in expos and events to support lead generation
- Full sales automation and CRM infrastructure
- Scripts, templates, and live coaching from experienced sales operators
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Confident giving demos and leading consultative sales calls
- Proven cold calling and outbound experience
- Strong writing skills and proposal generation experience
- CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable learning financial and operations concepts
Compensation
You’ll receive a competitive base salary and a tiered commission structure that increases with performance. Commissions are paid monthly based on annual contract value (ARR) closed, using progressive rates tied to volume tiers. In your first year only, a performance-based safety net ensures a guaranteed minimum earnings level if commissions fall below expectations. This is not a recurring bonus and will not be applied if total commissions exceed expected thresholds. Top contributors will benefit from higher commission rates and unlimited earnings potential. OTE is 90-120k+
