MWW has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator to join Everywhere, a
MikeWorldWide company.
MWW is seeking an outstanding social-focused content creator to become a part of the team. As Social Media Content Creator, you'll be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms, reviewing content to maximize engagement, and actively participating on clients’ social media accounts. You’ll create short-form videos, engaging Instagram
Stories, and other visual assets that resonate with our audience and drive traffic and interaction. This position is part of a fast-growing social and creative team. You’ll report into the VP of Production and work closely with our GVP of Digital.
Requirements
- Develop and execute creative ideas for Stories, short-form video content, and other social media content that aligns with goals
- Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and compelling executions to inform and propose new content
- Write storyboards or shot lists for both site content and social-first content
- Collaborate across teams to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Capture and edit original video content, ensuring they are optimized for different social platforms and are engaging, attention-grabbing, and easy to consume (using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe)
- Create branded style templates for new and existing social content for Stories, carousels,, etc.
- Be the driver of “think outside the box” ideas, oftentimes thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in
- Monitor trends and viral content to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve, creating relevant content that resonates with the target audiences
- Help grow our social media presence by proposing ways to interact with followers, responding to comments, and foster community engagement
- Review performance to see what’s working and what’s not to inform future content decisions
