Description
- Assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Team with day-to-day turnover tasks
- Move, assemble, and disassemble furniture as needed
- Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs
- Paint and touch-up unit interiors
- Clean and prepare units for incoming residents
- Complete basic administrative tasks and documentation
- Support general property upkeep and cleanliness
- Carry out other duties as assigned to ensure units are move-in ready
Requirements
- Must be available full days 07/01/2025-08-31/2025
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks
