Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front office activities, including guest check-in and check-out processes.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Monitor and maintain front office equipment and supplies.

- Prepare reports on front office operations, including occupancy rates and revenue statistics.

- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
