The Zone Operations Specialist is responsible for oversight and analysis of data, to provide measurement and reporting metrics for key aspects of the service business. This includes overseeing and optimizing administrative processes, analyzing performance metrics, provide feedback and recommendations to optimize data workflows. The Zone Operations Specialist collaborates with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care.
This role supports the in house and field service teams with accurate and timely reporting of actionable data.

Essential Functions and Job Duties:
- Review, maintain, and update data in computerized maintenance systems, including equipment changes, in collaboration with zone management.
- Prepare reports to support monthly regulatory reviews
- Provide necessary PM maintenance review for regulatory compliance
- Collect and review monthly operational reports as assigned
- Provide data trends and analysis to prepare for client meetings
- Research data elements necessary to prepare client information, customer requested needs and zone service-related metrics/support
- Review and prepare device changes for monthly/quarterly addendums
- Review inventory data for accuracy and missing data elements to ensure proper processing of addendums
- Review inventory data for completeness, accuracy, and proper service coverage to support processing of addendums
- Work with Zone Service Director and Business Development Manager for timely processing of assets and addendums
- Review inventory for gaps and proper service coverages
- Manage and oversee Customer retained agreements for renewal and or pick up to the program
- Review billable line items and research opportunities for contract expansion and/or renewals

Program Planning and Development:
- Assist in the development, design, and implementation of organizational programs.
- Create project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure program success.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, or recommendations to stakeholders.
Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs by setting KPIs and measuring outcomes.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and identify ways to optimize resource use.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between departments, teams, or external agencies to support program implementation.
Problem-Solving and Recommendations:
- Identify potential challenges and risks in program execution and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Recommend improvements to enhance program performance, scalability, or impact.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure that programs comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, or industry standards.
- Monitor adherence to budgets and guidelines.
Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain comprehensive records of program activities, decisions, and outcomes.
- Develop presentations, manuals, and guides to communicate program updates and train team members.
Support Organizational Goals:
- Align program activities with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Support leadership with insights that drive decision-making.
Education or Relevant Experience:
Education:
High school diploma required, some college coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business administration, healthcare administration or operational support roles.
Proven experience in supporting teams, departments, or large-scale projects.
Certification:
Lean Six Sigma Certification for process improvement (preferred).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred).

The base pay range for this position is:
- Min $65,000 - Max $80,000
