Service Resource Advisor(SRM Sales)
Description

This position is responsible for presenting replacement options over the phone while working with the technician to create a 5-star experience. Prior to the technician arriving at the home the SRA reviews job history and communicates with technician prior to entering the home. Reviews prior days proposals for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and follows up with customers to answer questions and present further options.

Key Responsibilities

· Serves as an advisor to technicians and customers in asking questions and offering options to meet the customers’ budgets and needs

· Focuses on creating proposals, coordinating follow-ups, and custom solutions for replacements and projects.

· Meet a minimum standard of:

     o 65% conversion tech generated leads (TGL), 

     o 35% conversation of marketed leads, 

     o customer follow-ups revenue of $2,000 per day for service

     o customer follow-up revenue for replacement proposals of $20,000 per week

· Attend and participate in weekly training

· Accurately complete post sale paperwork to ensure 5-star experience for customers and co-workers

· Stay updated knowledge of current equipment and procedures related to the residential sales.


Qualifications: 

· Experience in HVAC is preferred, but not necessary

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background and MVR check and meet insurance requirements.

· Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and follow through.

· Strong organizational skills are a priority.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to function in a team environment.

· Must be able to use a computer, tablet, and smart phone.


Working Conditions: Job generally works indoors and is somewhat physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods of time, lifting heavy objects on an occasional basis, and working with challenging clients. Ability to lift heavy weights occasionally, good visual acuity and sufficient auditory function to operate computer-aided call management software and communications equipment, ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
