Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (must be located in central standard time zone)

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $50k base plus bonus eligibility-OTE $60-70k


Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a B2B Sales Development Representative who manages the initial stages of the sales cycle, from identifying potential customers to passing them on to the Business Development Specialist. As an entry level sales rep your number one priority is to connect with potential prospects one on one, you can do this via sales efforts like cold calling, email,or Linkedin messaging. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for creating interest in Filterbuy’s products at the beginning of a buyer’s journey. This position doesn’t close the deal but instead passes qualified leads on to the sales team.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting: SDRs generate leads by contacting potential customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn messaging, or other outreach methods. 
  • Qualifying leads: SDRs assess whether a potential customer is a good fit for Filterbuy's products. 
  • Educating prospects: SDRs educate potential customers about Filterbuy and its products. 
  • Booking meetings: SDRs set up meetings with qualified prospects. 
  • Gathering data: SDRs collect and analyze data on prospects and customers. 
  • Communicating: SDRs communicate with prospects and other sales team members. 
  • Building relationships: SDRs build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
