POSITION OVERVIEW
ACCESS is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with a document digitization project. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy routine tasks and working in a quiet, structured environment. We provide training and on-site support.
* This is a temporary position- 15 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove documents from 3-ring binders
- Remove staples or paper clips as needed
- Deconstruct documents with scissors if required
- Scan documents using a high-speed scanner
- Save and organize files in a SharePoint document system with predetermine file naming required
- Maintain document order and accuracy

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Certification:
- High school diploma or associate degree; additional certifications or coursework in IT are a plus.
Experience/ Knowledge preferred (But Not Required):
- Basic computer skills
- Basic scanning skills
Skills/ Abilities:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift light boxes (under 20 lbs)
- Dependable, with good attendance
- Comfortable working independently or in a small team environment
