Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Master Scheduler to support our perspective client within the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Program, Project and Mission Support Services (PPMSS). This position will be performed in a remote capacity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The contractor shall utilize Primavera and Microsoft Project (or any replacements) to review, evaluate, and make recommendations on project documents such as project schedules and Project Requirement Documents (PRDs). The Scheduler must have experience developing schedules in Primavera and must have experience in construction scheduling efforts. The Scheduler shall evaluate schedules provided by contractors, other agencies, and internal entities and to ensure they meet project requirements and have sound logic.
- Integrated Schedule:
- The contractor shall assist the PMO project managers in the development and maintenance of all project and program schedules.
- The contractor shall make changes and corrections as appropriate to maintain the project specific schedules.
- The contractor shall also produce an integrated schedule that captures all schedules for all projects and any interdependencies with the schedules.
- Any variances to a project’s schedule or estimated costs shall be reported in a Progress Variance Report on a date to be set by the Government client.
- On a monthly basis, the contractor will load the approved integrated schedule in an electronic file format and provide to the Government client.
- Schedule Management:
- The contractor will prepare comprehensive Project Schedules and assist with the management of Project milestones and resources within the schedule through the Project lifecycle.
- The contractor will review project progress, measure performance and notify the Government client of any deviations from existing/current schedule(s) and/or cost(s).
- The contractor shall update the Project Schedules on a monthly basis to conform to current schedules and submit the updated Project Schedules to the Government client.
- The contractor shall create monthly performance Measure Reports that will include progress, cost, and slippage data from each previous month and will estimate the progress for the next month.
Job Requirements and Experience
- Master’s Degree is required
- Ten (10) or more years of experience is required.

- Operate a PC and phone in an office environment.
- Work in a primarily sedentary position.
- Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required.
- Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
