What will your day look like as a BCBA?

  • Assess clients’ and potential clients’ current skill level and challenging behaviors.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans for teaching social, communication, and life skills, as well as reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise treatment cases to ensure best treatment practices, client progress, and appropriate modifications to programming.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians to work with clients.
  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and their caregivers to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy and family guidance services and support.
  • Experience collaboration and growth, preparing you for a career in behavior analysis or in other behavioral health and mental health fields.

Work Location:

Greenville, NC (Some travel within Greenville to different locations may be required.)

Requirements
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Board Certified as a Behavioral Analyst through the BACB
  • Licensed or license eligible as a Behavior Analyst through the state of North Carolina.
Salary Description
$80,000 to $100,000 annually
