We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine building maintenance, exterior groundskeeping, and light custodial work to ensure a clean, safe, and functional facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) on schedule and maintain accurate records
• Perform exterior upkeep, including grounds maintenance, sidewalk cleaning, and parking lot care
• Handle light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and restocking supplies
• Oversee and perform daily trash and recycling removal; transport waste to proper disposal areas
• Conduct minor electrical work (e.g., replacing ballasts, outlets, cords, and fuses)
• Complete light carpentry, patching, and painting tasks
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support facility operations

 Physical Demands:

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Forklift experience required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
