Position Overview


As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in launching and expanding Precision Imaging Centers in the Orlando area. You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth and leadership team to build strong connections with local physicians, healthcare providers, and partners. Experience in the outpatient radiology environment is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for the Orlando region
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare networks
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive referral volume and revenue
  • Create targeted business development plans that align with company goals
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships while enhancing engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions
  • Track performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or territory management
  • Strong preference for experience in outpatient radiology or healthcare business development
  • Existing relationships with Orlando-area physicians is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus)

Salary Description
$115,000-$127,000 per year
