Description

Project Administration

  • Obtain project insurance certificates from subcontractors and log, save, and forward to third party management.
  • Create subcontracts and change orders in Project Management software; track routing and distribution.
  • Assist with subcontractor certified payroll for Davis-Bacon projects.
  • Understand cost code and reporting systems.
  • Complete special projects assigned by Director of Administration.

Project Communications

  • Draft project communications and correspondence.
  • Refer communications to the appropriate Project Manager or Engineer.
  • Manage project calls and emails.

Office Administration

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, handle mail and packages, order office supplies, schedule repairs, and coordinate office service vendors as needed.
  • Order business cards and update Outlook calendar.
  • Perform bank deposits.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years related construction administration experience
  • Data entry and data management experience required
  • CMiC or similar project management software experience preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
