Essential Job Functions:
- Verify the certificate of analysis (COA) with the (customer-supplier) specification for all client products.
- Receiving/Inspecting Packaging and Ingredients for all client products.
- Verify new labels and sign for the approval process.
- Monitor and change the client’s incubator circle chart weekly.
- Generate an NCP when an item is not in the specification and expired ingredients.
- Quality holds Inventory inspections/verifies daily query reports compared to non-conforming product (NCP) reports for all clients.
- Work closely with the quality department, procurement, and research and development on ingredient specifications and/or new ingredients or products.
- Verify all shipments are received into Ross with the correct amount and Supplier Lots.
- Update Lot Maintenance in Ross with accurate Supplier Information and expiry dates.
- Inspect incoming packaging materials and labels against specifications.
- Review and scan paperwork: Receiving papers, COA, COC, etc.
- Use new equipment and electronic software systems to place on hold or release inventory based on test results.
- Complete projects by assisting the Quality Manager; attending and participating in group and project meetings if needed.
- Perform lot trace in the computer system when needed.
Other Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Perform Quality hold cycle counting (ensuring the inventory control is working).
- Perform sample pulling and testing on the packaging that applies, using gages and blueprints applicable
- Work closely with procurement for any out-of-specification ingredient or packaging in obtaining a corrective action report (CAR) in a timely manner.
- Provide weekly reporting (expired ingredients)
- Create complaint reports to suppliers for inbound wrong deliveries
- Generates daily expiry reports and all expired ingredients on hold and provides Hold Tags for physical products.
Pay Range: $16.00-19.00(based on experience); For the PM shift, there is a $1.00 Shift Differential for this position.

Education & Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions:
• Plant is humid and needs to adhere to our GMP policy and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE): uniform,
slip resistant/steel toe shoes, hairnet, hearing protection, and no jewelry.
• Standing/Sitting/Walking throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds as needed.
