As a Prep/Utility team member, you help keep everything running behind the scenes. You unload and stock inventory, prep ingredients and sauces, and make sure our grab-and-go items are ready to shine. You take out trash, keep things clean and safe, and jump in to help wherever you’re needed. If you’re reliable, hard-working, and want to grow into new skills — this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize deliveries
• Restock inventory in kitchen and service areas
• Prep ingredients, sauces, and grab-and-go items
• Label and rotate food items to keep them fresh
• Do regular trash and recycling runs
• Clean and sanitize workspaces, shelves, and storage areas
• Follow food safety and storage rules
• Support the kitchen or front-of-house team when needed
• Check in with the manager regularly
• Train into other roles (cook, cashier) as needed
