Responsibilities:
As a PRN Floater Patient Coordinator, you’ll serve as the face of the clinic and help ensure a seamless experience for every patient.
- Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out
- Schedule appointments, handle referrals, and verify insurance
- Manage front desk tasks across multiple locations as needed
- Maintain organized and confidential patient records using EMR systems
- Support clinicians and contribute to a positive clinic environment
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technology: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
