Description
As a Garage door installer, you will be responsible to maintain and repair garage door systems.
Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace existing garage door, side rails and repair or replace garage door operator.
- Must be familiar with national brand operators, push pads and transmitters.
- Assist maintenance staff when needed property.
- Use and maintain maintenance equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain an inventory of garage supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
- Respond promptly to any garage-related concerns or requests from residents.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach maintenance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- A valid driver's license is required.
