Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to elevate the Healthrise brand, accelerate demand generation, and drive meaningful pipeline growth. This leader will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, produce compelling content, and leverage data and analytics to engage healthcare executives. The ideal candidate thrives in healthcare B2B marketing and is passionate about delivering measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with buyer journeys and industry pain points.
  • Oversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive thought leadership that positions Healthrise as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle transformation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to streamline content development and publication.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media:

  • Design and execute paid digital campaigns across search, display, social, and retargeting channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, lead quality, and cost-efficiency using A/B testing and funnel analysis.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives that convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine digital strategies.

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner closely with Sales to refine lead management processes, improve lead quality, and increase conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely delivery, tracking, and reporting of all campaign assets.

Event Marketing & Strategic Collaboration:

  • Plan and execute educational webinars, virtual events, and video campaigns targeting healthcare executives.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to deliver high-value content and thought leadership.
  • Work with Business Development stakeholders to strengthen brand presence at key industry events.
  • Measure event marketing ROI through attendee engagement and conversion tracking.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Lead the evolution and consistency of Healthrise’s brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Guide the marketing team across digital, content, and brand functions, including web presence.
  • Use customer insights and market trends to strengthen brand position and storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment across marketing, sales, and product development.

Analytics, Attribution & ROI:

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Implement multi-touch attribution models and optimize marketing spend based on real-time data.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Maintain and utilize database tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.) to evaluate and manage prospects and campaign outcomes.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot):

  • Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure seamless alignment between marketing activities and Salesforce workflows, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, automation, and attribution models within Salesforce to measure marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization within Pardot.
  • Build and maintain engagement studio programs, lead scoring, and email nurture tracks.
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred, especially marketing to health systems.
  • Proven success in Account-Based Marketing and demand generation.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce/Pardot).
  • Proficiency with paid media and analytics platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Strong background in content marketing, digital strategy, and pipeline development.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and optimize ROI.
