Description
We are seeking a high-volume, full-cycle recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple departments. This is a fast-paced, transactional role requiring strong organization and responsiveness. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~280 openings
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the HRIS system
- Ensure timely onboarding and contract completion
- Maintain frequent communication with hiring managers
- Collaborate with a small TA team
Requirements
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred (not required)
