O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Branch Manager to join our amazing team at our Tenino Branch. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our Members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture.
What You’ll Do
As our Branch Manager, you are the lead relationship manager for all consumer and business members and a coordinator/support position for other relationships. This encompasses all consumer and business relationships, plus all aspects of the deposit relationship for business accounts. This position is the "face" of the credit union, serving as a point of contact and coordinator to the member. The job is a combination of coaching, training, member service, analysis, motivation, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Ensures branch goals are met or exceeded. To include satisfactory Net Promoter member satisfaction scores, membership growth, loan growth, team development and community service hours.
- Develops a strong team environment that promotes positivity and accountability.
- Monitors and supports branch activity including, but not limited to, member service, transaction volume, and quality control.
- Ensure branch employees have strong product and process knowledge.
- Assist in providing a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Ensures all compliance requirements are met. Including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, regulatory training and fraud prevention.
- Serve as the credit union representative in the community. Actively participate in community events and organizations, acting as the local community face of the Credit Union.
- Complete established training and development plans for all branch employees utilizing training and other resources.
- Performs the administrative and human resource management functions relative to branch employees supervised such as recruitment and interviews, job coaching, and time off requests and time card approvals.
- Establishes guidelines and performance expectations, which are clearly communicated.
- Observes branch employee's performance; coach and provide timely feedback when necessary.
- Complete security and emergency drill testing for branch as required
- Manage security and safety of the branch and ensure employees receive ongoing training on security and robbery procedures
- Ensure all required branch audits are completed within required timeframes.
- Ensure all new account and loan audits or audit findings are corrected and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Prepare team schedules to meet branch hours and membership needs.
- Oversee other branch offices as requested by VP of Branch Operations.
- Eligible to be registered with NMLS and pass all courses required to maintain the designation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The Details
- Location: Tenino Branch, Tenino, WA
- Pay range: $58,984.01 to $88,476.02. The range is dependent on the level of position and prior experience.
