Description:

 The Edgewater Hotel is the flagship property for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. We are looking for an experienced Task Force Front Office Manager to join our band! Your role will be drive exceptional guest  experience. The length of the assignment is based on your success and the business needs. As such the role can end at anytime based on either parties needs. 


A day in the life…

· Develops and operates an effective communication system with front office staff

· Maintaining positive guest relations, ensuring guest satisfaction

· Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.

· Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.

· Prepare employee schedules according to business forecast maintaining union guidelines 

· Perform other duties as requested by management.


Requirements:

· You are a team player with leadership, management, and team building skills

· You are a great trainer and mentor

· You are ready to multitask and stay calm in stressful situations

· You have strong verbal and written communication skills

· Previous experiencing managing union associates, a plus!

· Previous experience with Springer Miller Systems (SMS) a plus!

Salary:

$1,538.46 a week
