Description

Martin/Martin, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our Lakewood, Colorado office. The Project Coordinator must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ability to provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, multi-task, and attention to detail is required. The Project Coordinator must be able to work each day as a team player with administrative assistants and works directly with engineering teams and provides variety of support including project filing, report compilation and formatting, meeting minutes, and managing large project PSF forms.

Examples Of Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project documents
  • Organizes and documents incoming and outgoing project submittals including RFIs
  • Organize and attend meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Document and follow up on decisions from meetings
  • Complete project-related tasks and provide administrative support to project team
  • Performs word processing and other tasks as required
  • Organizes and attends project team events and project client events
  • Other duties as assigned


WORKING CONDITIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES

This position is primarily administrative in nature, working mostly inside of the office completing a wide range of activities. The following abilities are required:

  • Completing repetitive movement on tasks such as using a mouse or keyboard
  • Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time 
  • Read, communicate, and document in English
  • Identify color
  • Determine and exchange accurate information
  • Occasionally move about outside of the office
  • Occasionally move or hold objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Collaborates effectively with others
  • Advanced computer literacy using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and communication skills and ability to train others
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines efficiently 


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the construction industry, preferably with an engineering consulting firm
  • Knowledge of civil and structural engineering terminology and standards
