Do you have a skill, talent, or passion you want to share and make a meaningful impact on children? We are seeking experienced and talented instructors to guide interactive and educational lessons in an afterschool setting that combine fun with meaningful learning experiences for children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive enrichment sessions for elementary students
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Provide your own materials and equipment
• Contractors will have the option to rotate between different sites in the South Fulton area (short distances apart)

Priority will be given to instructors in the following areas:
Art, Dance, Visual and Creative Arts, Tutoring, Culinary, Physical Activity, STEAM, Foreign Language, and Educational Interactive Lessons. Must be able to submit curriculum, lesson or activity plans, and session descriptions prior to starting.

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or instruction-based setting
• Ability to manage and engage groups of elementary-aged students and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons
• Must pass a criminal records check and fingerprint background check

• Flexible schedule options: 1 to 4 days per week, rotating schedule
• Hours: Varies between 3:00–4:00 pm or 5:30–6:30 pm, depending on site and schedule.
• Duration: 4 to 12 weeks depending on activities planned
• Pay: $35-$50 per hour
• Location: South Fulton
