Why Caitlin Morgan? 

Caitlin Morgan, an entity of DOXS, is currently seeking a highly motivated entry-level or junior accountant to join our finance department. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions in our insurance business. This role will offer a great opportunity for growth as the organization continues its expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of financial statements under local GAAP in an accurate and timely manner for portfolio of clients
  • Assist with reconciling and posting insurance transitions
  • Help track and post claim activity
  • Support investment portfolio tracking and reporting
  • Assist in preparing materials for annual audits and regulatory fillings
  • Maintain client contact as needed
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 0-2  years of captive insurance experience or insurance accounting experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
