Position: Service Cashier/Receptionist

Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual? North Hills Toyota is looking for a Service Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service department
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Operate a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
• Process payments for completed vehicle services
• Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure satisfaction

 What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ with a valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge (we’ll train you on our systems!)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering top-notch customer service
