SUMMARY: 

This position will have responsibility for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position will be assigned strategic accounts and assume new accounts when conditions warrant. An important goal is to establish strong growth and retention opportunities. Review, document and maintain customer requirements. Swift resolution of customer inquiries that impact present and future business opportunities. Sharing customer feedback with Leadership. Assist with training and mentoring the CS Team to consistently maintain the highest quality of service and exceed customer expectations. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Alignment with BETCO operating policies and procedures when      making business decisions 
  • Interface to manage and resolve critical      customer issues in a timely manner 
  • Alignment of customer requirements with our business practices      
  • Maintain established metrics that identify successful business      relationships, share best practices with leadership, and identify      opportunities for improvement


· Monthly customer touch points with assigned Buyers to evaluate their BETCO experience

· Flow down of customer requirements relating to quality, shipping, and customer exceptions. 

· Documentation of approved SP Letter, customer contracts. incorporating customer exceptions when applicable to ensure execution

· Accurately uploading and maintaining customer account information in operating system. Annual review and updates of order comments on assigned accounts 

· Escalating inquiries that are impeding progress 

· Performs all duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Salary Description
19.50 to 20.00
