Position Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality care to our clients. You’ll support clients with daily living activities and ensure their well-being in a respectful and supportive manner. Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
     
  • Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
     
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Case Manager
     
  • Accurately document care and observations in agency records
     
  • Follow individualized care plans and comply with company policies
     
  • Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and companionship
     
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
     

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or working with seniors
     
  • CNA certification preferred, but not required
     
  • Ability to use a smartphone for clocking in/out and communication
     
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
     
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
     
  • Ability to pass background check

Requirements


  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
  • A love for the senior community
  • A compassionate and upbeat attitude
  • Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
  • Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Car insurance preferred but not required
  • Willing to maintain skills through continued education
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards

Work Environment

  • The Caregiver will provide services in the homes of their assigned clients
  • The Caregiver may also provide services to clients in a hospital, rehabilitation, or assisted living setting
  • The Caregiver must be willing to work on an hourly basis
  • Frequent travel is required for this position
