Position Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality care to our clients. You’ll support clients with daily living activities and ensure their well-being in a respectful and supportive manner. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Case Manager
- Accurately document care and observations in agency records
- Follow individualized care plans and comply with company policies
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and companionship
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or working with seniors
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone for clocking in/out and communication
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
- Ability to pass background check

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- A love for the senior community
- A compassionate and upbeat attitude
- Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
- Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
- Possesses a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Car insurance preferred but not required
- Willing to maintain skills through continued education
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
Work Environment
- The Caregiver will provide services in the homes of their assigned clients
- The Caregiver may also provide services to clients in a hospital, rehabilitation, or assisted living setting
- The Caregiver must be willing to work on an hourly basis
- Frequent travel is required for this position
