We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead the financial and accounting operations of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing key accounting functions, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience in financial analysis and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports to meet local, state, and federal requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Perform account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and the board.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, with expertise in payroll, budgeting, and cash management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Inova or UKG is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
