SUMMARY: CLOOS Robotic Welding is a sales, engineering and service subsidiary of a distinguished international robotic welding manufacturing company that is actively seeking highly skilled candidates to fill a Project Manager position with a strong background in manufacturing processes to lead and oversee complex welding automation projects. This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to execute welding automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with the organizational goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes to delight the customer experience with CLOOS Robotic Welding.

Essential Functions: This position requires an understanding of Industrial equipment and planning • Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. • Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously. Includes travel nationally and internationally as required by the project. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and service to drive continuous improvements so that all activities become inputs and improvements for future projects. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. • Create and maintain project schedules throughout the duration of the project for all stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectation and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. • Commercial review of contracts • Have an understanding of delivery incoterms • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in the project processes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent 5+ years of formal, dedicated project management experience.
Experience & Abilities: • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. • Demonstrate the ability to confront situations that need resolution, no matter how uncomfortable the situation is. • Possesses sensitivity and acts appropriately with varying cultural societies. • Ability to support the needs of and interact appropriately with cross-functional personnel.• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Business Central, etc.) along with project management tools (MS Project, Wrike, Monday.com, etc.) • Excellent communication and natural leadership skills. • Strong knowledge in automated machinery and engineering is highly desirable, but not required. • Travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
COMPUTER SKILLS: •Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) • Solidworks Composer and 3D Simulations a plus • Proficient in SolidWorks Part, Assembly and Drawing creation • Experience in PDM Software for Document Control
